Do you need to recharge? Relais Juliette suggests Yoga and Pilates: the right way in the right place. A short break dedicated to physical and mental wellness in a wonderful location surrounded by Langhe’s vineyards, an UNESCO Heritage. We’ll experience some yoga practices from the soft to the dynamics ones, alternate with Pilates in order to recover fluidity, steady and line-up. We’ll explore our body’s potential among movements and limits, by using breathing techniques to rediscover balance and calm the mind.

THE MAGIC OF TRUFFLE SEARCHING
The wonderful hills of the Langhe, that host Relais Juliette are an area that is traditionally rich of truffles, with two different types: “white of Alba” and the “black” one. Searching of truffles is a great experience: you can live magic moments with an experienced “trifulau” and his dog.
COOKING COURSE
Cooking in Piedmont, and above all the one of the Langhe, has unique flavors. Two of all: the white truffles and the sausage of Bra, that are only two examples among a variety to be discovered and tasted. Thanks to the cooperation with famous chefs, you will know cooking of Piedmont and of Langhe, too, discovering history and tradition of their dishes. You will learn how to cook them, with the help of an expert.
WINE TOUR
Langhe, as Unesco world Heritage Site, has a lot of treasures such as vineyards of Barolo and Barbaresco, from which you get some of the most famous wine in the world. You will also discover traditional cellars.

One of the most famous product of the area. In cooperation with an historical farm, you will know the world of the hazelnut; you will do a tour of the hazel wood, knowing all the different stages of processing and, of course, taste all the products and learn how to cook the famous hazelnut cake.
